I had the worst experience today, Sunday. It’s 6:20 PM, and I came to buy a piece of plywood for a project and asked for help cutting the wood. At first, there was no one around to assist; then, someone who was supposedly the manager showed up, but he still wanted *me* to measure and mark it so he could make the cut—even though, in the past, they’ve helped me do all of that. Not only that, but when I asked for help, another woman who works there came out and told me—with a bad attitude—that they were doing what they could and that the manager wasn't obligated to help me. How can they say that? I’m paying for the product, and the store is supposed to have enough staff to serve customers; it’s not my fault they don’t have enough people working.

Ordered $475 worth of sand and pavers for a patio project, paid $69 for delivery. Everything was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily, it was in the same neighborhood about a block away, so that neighbor came to our house and let us know. I had to go pick everything up from the neighbor's driveway and transport it to my house, the correct address. I called today to request that my delivery fee be refunded, since I had to go pick up everything anyway. The person who took my call, Michael, put me on hold for about 10 minutes and then said that delivery fees are nonrefundable, but they can give me a $45 gift card for store credit instead. I told him I didn't think that was appropriate, and asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I asked 2 additional times, and he refused all three times. Then was very rude for the remainder of the call. This isn't my first experience with them having terrible delivery service, the first time I ordered (and paid) for same day delivery and the delivery came 2 weeks later, after about 8 calls to try and get things sorted with them. I guess that's on me for not learning my lesson the first time.

I visited the appliance section on 7/5/26. This was my second time working with people in this department. I had to redo my order because of a change in renovation plans. Every single person within this department was delightful, helpful, patient and professional. It was such good service that I was almost surprised by the caliber of the salespeople. I am forever a loyal customer when it comes to appliances. Excellent teamwork too!

We installed a sturdy workbench in the garage to give us a dedicated space for projects and extra storage, and the whole setup only took a few hours from start to finish. The process was straightforward, and everything was assembled securely with enough room for tools, supplies, and ongoing projects. Before adding the workbench, the garage felt cluttered and a bit unorganized, making it harder to get anything done efficiently. Now, everything has its place, and the space feels much more functional and practical for everyday use. It’s a simple upgrade, but it’s made a noticeable difference in how we use the garage.

We ordered a new REEB frontdoor, we were happy with the design. After 7 changes on the delivery date, we finally received it yesterday. After the old door was removed, the contractor opened the box and found a disaster, the interior had broken pieces, badly done, with visible covers for the screws, and worst of all the exterior side has two colors instead of one. The tables that separate the door from the sidelights and the frame are unpainted and even in white, it was cleared with the designer we wanted all in brown and even we have a picture of it. The door look low quality, bad taste and it will be impacting our property value. Lowe’s and REEB should repaired the damage with a new door and installation. The cost for the door was about $13000 and we are receiving a bad, bad door with many changes on the delivery date, with poor design and badly done. We should have a compensation for the waste of time and affecting our property, we have to have the door installed anyway as we don’t have any! It is a disaster. The Lowe’s employees were very nice but they don’t have control on the delivery date changes -7 in total- and the poor door quality and not respecting our design ( we wa
